Gaby B. Keith is a thirty-something Baguio boy married to the lovely Sarah Daomar Keith of Cagayan de Oro and father to lovely six-year-old Samantha. He has been employed in the City Government of Baguio for the past 15 years and is currently a public information officer.

Mr. Keith has a bachelor of science in commerce degree from Saint Louis University where he was the founding editor of its student paper “The Pinion” and has finished his masters in public administration (MPA) from Baguio Central University. He is presently pursuing a law degree at the University of Baguio.

He was a poetry fellow at the 1996 Silliman National Writers Workshop and is a member of the International Poets, Playwrights, Essayists and Novelists (PEN)-Philippine Chapter. Mr. Keith is also a member of the Baguio Correspondents and Broadcasters Club (BCBC). He has been a correspondent of the People’s Journal and the Manila Times.

Mr. Keith was the chairman of the 2006 Baguio Tree Festival’s committee on Poetry, Oratorical and Poster Design contests.

He is also a columnist of the Baguio Midland Courier and reads poetry on air every morning from Monday to Saturday on 95.9 Big FM and Sundays on Bombo Radyo. He also co-hosts various media forums with the Philippine Information Agency.
